Recover from common SoLoDraw problems
The library is empty
Confirm that you are using the same browser profile. Local PDFs are device-local until you restore a workspace backup or
explicitly sync an encrypted revision.
A PDF rebuild is busy
Open Workbench → Tasks and wait for the rebuild to finish before saving a copy. Avoid closing the tab while the status
bar says Saving.
Storage is nearly full
Export and verify a workspace backup, then remove unused local documents. Do not clear browser storage until the backup
has been tested on another browser profile or device.
A scale suggestion is wrong
Do not accept it. Calibrate against a known dimension and leave the suggestion unused.

Visit help.solodraw.app for SoLoDraw support. Do not attach a confidential PDF unless a support specialist specifically
requests it and you are authorized to share it. Review the SoLoDraw privacy policy and terms before sending support
information.
